Associate Sales Representative

We're looking for a driven, competitive Associate Sales Representative in New Mexico who wants to build a career in medical sales. This role is built for someone with a hunter mentality who likes going after new business and wants to learn the medical device industry from the ground up. Responsibilities Prospect for and win new business across the New Mexico territory through cold outreach, networking and in-person visits. Build and manage a pipeline of physicians, clinics, hospitals and other healthcare accounts. Learn Alta's product portfolio and confidently deliver product demonstrations and presentations. Support Territory Managers and senior reps on account development, in-services and customer follow-up. Build strong relationships with clinical and administrative staff to keep customers satisfied and coming back. Track activity, opportunities and results, and report regularly on progress toward sales goals. Work with internal teams, such as marketing and customer support, to give customers a great experience and grow revenue. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred 1-2+ years of sales experience (B2B or outside sales a plus) Hunter mentality: self-motivated, competitive and comfortable with cold outreach Strong work ethic and a drive to grow a career in medical sales Strong communication and relationship-building skills Coachable, organized and able to manage your own schedule Willing to travel throughout the territory; valid driver's license required #J-18808-Ljbffr Alta Medical Specialties, LLC
