Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand the emotional, social, and financial aspects of patients' lives.

• Providing individual and family counseling, with a focus on addressing grief, adjustment to terminal illness, and coping strategies.

• Collaborating with medical teams to create and implement holistic care plans that include psychosocial elements.

• Offering educational resources and emotional support to patients and their families, particularly regarding treatment options and available services.

• Responding to crisis situations, providing immediate emotional support and interventions when needed.
