Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Mountain Springs Wellness & Counseling Services, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive patient intakes, including diagnostic and functional evaluations, to identify treatment needs and goals.

• Providing personalized therapeutic interventions to enhance clients' emotional, mental, and physical well-being.
\n
• Advising primary care providers on treatment plans, ensuring that patients receive appropriate mental health support within the primary care context.

• Monitoring patient progress, initiating follow-ups, and adjusting treatment approaches as necessary based on client feedback and clinical assessments.

• Developing customized relapse prevention plans and strategies for clients at risk of deteriorating mental health.

• Documenting patient interactions and treatment plans accurately and in a timely manner to maintain comprehensive records.

• Collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless delivery of integrated health services.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer competitive compensation within the range of USD 87,000 to 105,000 annually, reflecting your experience and expertise.
