Sales Manager/ Director - Australian Market (ESS & EV)

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for the Australian ESS & EV markets.
- Identify and engage new customers, distributors, and partners.
- Manage end-to-end sales processes including proposals, negotiations, and contract closures.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Support customer visits, technical workshops, and business presentations.
- Responsible for the overall operation of Gotion Australia
- Report sales pipeline, revenue forecasts, market insights and local business operation status to Gotion HQ.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above (Business, Engineering, Automotive, or related field preferred).
- Proven ESS sales experience in new energy projects.
- Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and cross-cultural communication skills.
- Fluency in English and Chinese.
- Willingness to travel to China and other countries as required.
