JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an Assistant Manager to help lead our Sport Clips Team and service our established clientele in Victoria.
Compensation is hourly plus commissions and of course great tips from our wonderful men clients.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supporting, motivating and managing the team members to meet established goals
- Provide a Championship Haircut Experience for your clients
- Lead the team by example to reach their highest potential
- Paid vacation!

- A valid Texas cosmetology or barber license
- Salon management, 1 year (Preferred)
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills
