Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health concerns, compiling detailed client histories and baseline information.

• Develop tailored treatment plans based on client assessments, incorporating evidence-based methodologies to address specific mental health needs.

• Provide individual therapy sessions through videoconference, utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques suited to diverse client needs, including CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care.

• Collaborate with clients to establish measurable therapeutic goals, consistently monitoring progress to adjust treatment strategies as necessary.
\n
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards, ensuring confidentiality and proper record-keeping through our integrated electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Engage in continuous learning through participation in professional development opportunities, webinars, and peer reviews to keep skills current and effective.

• Work closely with interdisciplinary teams, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and nursing staff, to create a holistic treatment approach for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our diverse client population includes individuals facing various mental health challenges, such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, substance use disorders, and suicidal ideation. As a remote LCSW, you will engage with clients from varying backgrounds, understanding their unique circumstances and fostering a therapeutic alliance that encourages trust and openness. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually , commensurate with your experience and qualifications. In addition to financial compensation, you will benefit from:
