Assistant Director, Knowledge Management DeliveryThe Assistant Director, Knowledge Management Delivery helps transform KM strategy into business results. This role leads the execution of KM initiatives, manages a delivery team, and partners with business leaders to improve how employees find, use, and trust knowledge. As the operational counterpart to the KM Program Director, this leader ensures strategic priorities are translated into roadmaps, delivery plans, and measurable outcomes across the KM portfolio.What You'll DoLead the delivery of KM programs, projects, and strategic initiatives.Manage team capacity, priorities, and execution against business goals.Partner with Claims, Service, Underwriting, Distribution, and other business areas to address knowledge needs.Drive improvements in content quality, governance, search, and user experience.Use data and employee feedback to identify opportunities and measure impact.Build relationships across the knowledge management ecosystemCoach and develop KM professionals while fostering a culture of accountabilityWhat You'll Need To Be Successful:Strong understanding of knowledge management, governance, content lifecycle management, and user-centered design.Ability to translate strategy into actionable plans and outcomes.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.Ability to influence across teams and lead through change.QualificationsBachelors degree in communication, information management, learning and development or related fields5 to 7 years of experience working with cross-functional teams supporting user-centric design principlesUnderstanding of learning and development concepts, including performance supportExcellent understanding of business operations and procedures, insurance industry preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and planning skillsStrong research and analytical abilitiesStrong leadership skills and management experience, preferredPay Philosophy: The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by a number of factors including skills, experience, education, certifications and location. The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role.
