Job Overview A law firm seeks a motivated Associate Attorney for its Madison, WI office. The role involves supporting litigation attorneys with legal document production, legal research, and client screening. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment and demonstrate superior customer service skills. Duties Draft summons, complaints, motions, discovery, and other pleadings Conduct legal research and brief writing Screen potential clients Assist with trial preparation Perform other duties as assigned by a litigation attorney Requirements Juris Doctorate degree and Wisconsin State Bar license Superior customer service skills Innovative problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently Proficiency in multitasking in a fast-paced environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Basic knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel High level of professionalism and confidentiality Education Juris Doctorate degree Certifications Licensed by the Wisconsin State Bar Skills Superior customer service Problem-solving Independent work capability Multitasking Communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Benefits Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Short Term Disability Long Term Disability Flexible Spending Accounts 401(k) Plan Paid Time Off for Holidays, Vacation, and Personal Time #J-18808-Ljbffr
