Temporary Order Management Specialist
Location: Boise, ID
Duration: 4 months
Compensation: Up to $26 per hour

CV Resources is recruiting for a Temporary Order Management Specialist to support a key client for a four-month assignment. This role requires strong experience in order processing, inventory management, and customer service. Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently process and manage customer orders from entry through fulfillment, ensuring high accuracy and timely delivery.
• Update and maintain inventory records, proactively managing stock levels to prevent shortages and delays.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving any order or inventory issues promptly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, logistics, and warehouse departments, to ensure seamless order processing.
• Use MS Dynamics and Salesforce to track orders, update system records, and generate reports as needed.
• Monitor and analyze inventory needs to support accurate demand planning and forecasting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in order management , customer service , or inventory control .
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
