Two convenient locations only 5 miles apart
FQHC setting serving diverse patient population

Responsibilities

Full scope family medicine including all ages
Women's health and prenatal care opportunities
Optional OB services for fellowship-trained providers

Compensation

We help negotiate your salary and contract

Shift & Schedule

Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm schedule available
Flexible scheduling options including 3.5, 4, or 5-day work weeks

Requirements

Board-certified or board-eligible required
