Family Medicine Physician Primary Care & Occupational Health
Location: Charlotte, NC
Job Type: Full-Time Outpatient

Join a mission-driven outpatient clinic serving first responders, including FBI, police, fire, and VA personnel. This role combines primary care and occupational health in a structured, low-acuity setting with a strong focus on preventive care and wellness.

Position Highlights

Monday Friday 8 AM 5 PM
No call, nights, or weekends
patients per day
Adult-only patient population
Quality-focused practice environment

Responsibilities

Provide primary care services
Conduct occupational health exams and physicals
Order/interpret routine labs and diagnostics

Qualifications

BC/BE in Family Medicine
Active NC license or ability to obtain

Compensation & Benefits

$215K $250K W2 salary
