Associate Learning and Development Specialist
Location : Baltimore, Maryland
Type : Contract To Hire
Compensation : $39.11 per hour
Work Model: Hybrid – onsite and remote

Love helping people learn and grow? We're looking for a Training Specialist to deliver engaging instructor-led and virtual training that helps employees build new skills and succeed in their roles.
What you'll do:
- Lead both virtual and in-person training sessions
- Create a fun, engaging learning experience for employees
- Update and improve training materials based on feedback and business needs
- Partner with the training team to coordinate class schedules
- Help ensure a consistent, high-quality learning experience for every participant
? What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of experience delivering instructor-led and virtual training
- Experience facilitating training for large groups
- Familiarity with LMS platforms and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication, organization, and presentation skills
- Bonus if you've worked with video editing tools or adult learning principles!
