Join a rapidly growing team as an Electrical Controls QC Technician. You’ll work directly with industrial equipment, use multimeters daily, and apply practical troubleshooting skills to ensure every control panel and component meets spec and performs safely.

A day in this role

• Inspect, test, and verify industrial control panels and components to uphold quality standards.
• Interpret and validate Bills of Materials (BOMs) and electrical schematics before and during build verification.
• Perform electronic tests and trace wire origins/tags to confirm accuracy and workmanship.
• Power up and test AC/DC systems (up to 480V) while adhering to OSHA and NEC safety protocols.
• Confirm proper operation of PLCs and 4–20 mA instrument loops, including transmitters, flow meters, and pressure/temperature/level probes.
• Conduct I/O testing using platforms such as Allen‑Bradley, Schneider Electric, and SCADAPack.
• Open, document, and follow through on corrective work orders to closure.
• Keep work areas clean and organized; model safe behaviors at all times.
• Support production needs with occasional extended hours or weekend work.

What you’ll use

• Multimeters and standard electrical test equipment for panel verification and diagnostics.
• Microsoft Office to document findings, update records, and track corrective actions.

What you bring

• Associate degree in Electrical Technology (or equivalent from a two‑year college/technical school).
• 2–4 years of relevant, hands‑on experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with electrical circuits, relays, and common test equipment.
