Key Responsibilities
- Sell payroll services and HR solutions including:
- Payroll Processing
- Workers' Compensation Programs
- Time & Attendance Systems
- Human Resource Services
- Employee Benefits Solutions
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and canvassing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with small and medium-sized businesses.
- Generate referrals through professional networking groups and community involvement.
- Identify opportunities within existing accounts and cross-sell additional services.
- Conduct client presentations, negotiate proposals, and close new business.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales activity and revenue goals.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A proven ability to prospect, present, and close business opportunities.
- At least 1 year of sales experience.
- Experience with cold calling and new business development.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivation with a results-driven mindset.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- A passion for helping businesses improve their payroll and HR processes.
