Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess clients' mood disorder symptoms, including their intensity, duration, and frequency, ensuring accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.

• Collaboratively develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique requirements, goals, and preferences, utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families about mood disorders, exploring treatment options and emphasizing self-care strategies to enhance overall well-being.

• Monitor client progress regularly, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on ongoing assessments to ensure optimal therapeutic outcomes.

• Facilitate interdisciplinary collaboration by partnering with psychiatrists and other medical professionals to deliver integrated care and address complex client needs holistically.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and unrestricted Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in the state of California is required.
