Case Manager II - Domestic Violence Housing Support (Temp)

St. Joseph Center in Venice, Los Angeles County, is seeking a Part-Time Case Manager II for Domestic Violence (3 months) to provide case management to homeless families experiencing domestic violence, including service linkage and housing support. Working with program staff, you will evaluate families for permanent housing, manage up to 20 cases, develop safety and housing plans, connect to resources, document in databases, and coordinate with landlords to secure housing. #J-18808-Ljbffr St. Joseph Center
