Travel Specialist

Overview Tour-Rific of Texas continues to be the experts in student group travel with over 35 years of service in the industry. We specialize in performance group travel for bands, choirs, orchestras, theatre groups and dance teams. We also provide educational travel experiences for both Middle School and High School students across the US. Responsibilities Work with clients to build custom itineraries for Student Groups. We supply domestic trips across the US that can include ground transportation, air transportation, hotels, restaurants, attractions and performance activities for bands, orchestras, choir s and dance teams Tour Operator/Travel Agent experience is not mandatory but is very helpful for this role. Detail trip documentation, planning, booking and confirming details with hotels, restaurants and music festivals and the client; address issues as they arise (planning through the execution of the trip). Assist with other duties such as sales proposals, school bids and other office-related items. Experience / Qualifications Proven experience in the travel industry is a plus — building trips based on customer requirements. Prior Tour Operator/Travel Agent roles would be helpful. Clear communication skills (listening and speaking). The ability to multi-task and manage multiple trips at a time. #J-18808-Ljbffr
