Maintain customer records and update information as needed. Assist with customer retention strategies. Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. QUALIFICATIONS: Communication and problem-solving skills. Experience in customer service preferred. Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly. Our office is located in Affton. I have been a State Farm agent since 2013. Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member. I am a proud graduate of Southeast Missouri State University. We have 30 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
