The Assistant Director of Catering and Concessions will support food and beverage operations across sports and entertainment venues, coordinating catering and concessions activities while helping drive efficient service, strong vendor partnerships, and outstanding event experiences. This role offers progression to Director of Hospitality and expanded responsibility across multiple properties.

Responsibilities

• Oversee catering operations for sports and entertainment venue events.
• Manage concessions operations to support efficient, high-quality service.
• Coordinate menus for catering and concessions offerings.
• Manage vendor relationships and related operational needs.
• Develop and maintain staff schedules aligned with event requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels and support inventory control processes.
• Assist with budget oversight and sales coordination.
• Prepare performance reports and communicate operational results.

Preferred Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in catering and concessions management.
• Experience in catering management.
• Experience in concessions operations.
• Demonstrated team leadership experience.
