Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual and group therapy sessions with clients, maintaining a focus on evidence-based therapeutic practices.

• Developing personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of couples and families, addressing issues such as conflict resolution, grief and loss, job-related stress, and life transitions.

• Utilizing therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, and family systems therapy to achieve positive outcomes.

• Tracking client progress and outcomes through assessments and therapeutic interventions, adapting treatment strategies as necessary.

• Participating in case consultations with other behavioral health professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

• Engaging in continuous professional development through training and workshops provided by the organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population that includes individuals, couples, and families experiencing various challenges such as:

• Psychological and physical abuse issues.
\n
• Grief and loss related to death or significant life changes.
\n
• Family conflicts and communication difficulties among family members.
\n
• Challenges faced by blended families and issues related to separation or divorce.

• Adjustment disorders stemming from life transitions.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• An active state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
\n
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
