Personal Injury ParalegalChicago, IL (Onsite 5 Days per Week)Salary: $60,000 - $70,000LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Personal Injury Paralegal for a growing plaintiff-side litigation practice in Chicago. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented legal professional with at least two years of personal injury experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing cases from inception through resolution.A significant portion of this position will focus on written discovery, including drafting and responding to discovery requests, compiling records, and managing case documentation throughout the litigation process.Key ResponsibilitiesManage personal injury cases from intake through trial or settlementDraft and respond to written discovery, including interrogatories, requests for production, and other litigation documentsAssist attorneys with all phases of litigationCoordinate and collect medical records, bills, and supporting documentationMaintain case files and litigation calendars, including critical deadlinesPrepare pleadings, motions, and correspondence for attorney reviewCommunicate with clients, medical providers, experts, and opposing counselAssist with trial preparation, settlement documentation, and case resolutionQualificationsMinimum 2+ years of Personal Injury Paralegal experienceStrong knowledge of civil litigation procedures and court rulesExperience handling personal injury matters from intake through trial or settlementDemonstrated experience drafting interrogatories and managing written discoveryExcellent organizational, communication, and time-management skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentParalegal Certificate from an accredited paralegal program is idealBenefitBenefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and 401K plan.
