Job Description
Ibarra’s Auto LLC is looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized individual to join our growing auto repair shop and used car dealership.
We're looking for someone who enjoys working with customers, can multitask, and is comfortable using computers. Automotive experience is a plus but not required. We're willing to train the right person!
Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls and assist customers with questions.
- Schedule appointments and greet customers.
- Create and manage repair orders and invoices.
- Process customer payments.
- Assist with vehicle sales paperwork.
- Help create and update vehicle listings.
- Keep the office organized and maintain customer records.
- Assist with other daily office tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized.
- Dependable, punctual, and professional.
- Willingness to learn new software and procedures.
- Previous customer service or office experience preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
