Oakhill Day School | Gladstone, MO Full-Time | Faculty August 2026 Overview Oakhill Day School is seeking a Lead Teacher for the 2 Year Old Class: Innovative, energetic, passionate, collaborative, and caring lead teacher needed for Toddler Class (2-3 year old children) for the 26/27 school year. The ideal candidate should be an effective communicator who seeks to partner with parents and the school community, is passionate about collaboration and professional growth, and can skillfully enhance the written curriculum with engaging, creative lessons that instill curiosity. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood or related field. Full-time, contracted for the school year with opportunities to teach in the summer program. Professional Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood (Preferred), Associates Degree or related field (Required). Relevant teaching or professional experience.
