Clinical TherapistTeam Recovery is an addiction treatment center dedicated to supporting individuals affected by substance use and mental health disorders. We're a new approach to an old problem.The Clinical Therapist is responsible for providing a safe environment for clients while they are in treatment. They will provide individual therapy sessions, and assist in facilitating treatment groups. This position coordinates, develops, and carries out treatment plans for the clients in their caseload. They will also need to complete documentation for all services rendered in a timely manner and meet productivity standards.Core Responsibilities:Diagnose substance use disorder and/or other co-occurring psychiatric disorders within scope of practice.Evaluate the health of patients and participate in the creation, updating, and reviewing of personalized treatment plans for all clients based on their recommended level of care.Provides individual and group treatment sessions utilizing evidence-based practices.Completes documentation on all services rendered in a timely manner.Coach patients on development of healthy activities, coping skills, and the dangers of unhealthy behaviors.Assist in de-escalating issues and responding to emergencies; administering care while contacting and communicating with appropriate emergency personnel.Participate in departmental and company training and meetings.Assist in maintaining a safe and secure environment for clients and staff.Flexibility to adapt to schedule changes and assumption of responsibilities not delineated in the job description which are related to work as a member of an addiction treatment team.Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree in social work, Behavioral Science, or applicable field of study required. Master's degree preferred.License Requirement:LSW or LPC required.CPR certification required, will train upon hire.We believe in taking care of our team, both in and out of the workplace.
