Strategic HR Operations Leader - Workday & Compliance

Walbec Group seeks a strategic, hands-on HR Operations leader to architect and elevate our HR function as we grow from regional contractor to national enterprise. You will own Workday HRIS, HR service delivery, reporting and analytics, vendor management, and compliance across union and non-union workforces in up to 48 states.
