To meet our standard of care, we offer a variety of affordable and high-quality home health care solutions that will meet the needs of the seniors, disabled, and ill members of the community.Benefits: ONLY FOR FULL TIME EMPLOYEESCompetitive salary commensurate with experience.Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.Positive and supportive work environmentContribution to improving healthcare access and quality in the communityComprehensive benefits package including:Health insuranceVisionDentalVacation TimeSick LeaveRequirements:Provide unskilled personal care services and homemaking services to the company's patients.Attends to any unskilled personal care services that the consumer requires using the Rules and Regulations document provided by the Company.Accompany or drive patients to physician/clinicsProvide assistance or stand by assistance with bathing, skin care, hair care, toileting, dressing, shaving, nail care, mouth care, etc.Perform housekeeping tasks as directedMake bed, change and launder linensWash dishes, prepare meals and grocery shopClean stove, kitchen, bathroom, and only the consumers living area and bedroomVacuum, sweep, dust, take out trash, run errands as needed, mop floors (make sure floor is dry before leaving)Advises staffing director of requests which cannot be met or of conditions which are unsafeIs dependable to consumers and Company in both providing and documenting services on time sheetsAdditional responsibilities may be added as appropriateQualifications:Minimum High School Diploma or GED.Ability to read, analyze and interpret regulations and other documents.Requires personal transportation, valid state issued driver's license, good driving record and auto insurance as required by law.Some experience working with elderly and frail but will train.Must be able to quickly learn specific software and new applications.Job Types: Full-time, Part-timeSalary: $18.00 -$19.29 per hourExperience: Home Care 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: In personNote: This job description covers the essential responsibilities, qualifications, and benefits associated with a position as a Personal Care Worker.
