Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health issues, strengths, and community resources available.

• Deliver individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop personalized treatment plans with measurable goals tailored to clients' specific needs, ensuring continued progress and adjustment based on client feedback.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated, holistic care for clients.

• Lead group therapy sessions and psychoeducation workshops to equip clients with tools for coping and personal development.

• Perform crisis interventions, conduct risk assessments, and create effective safety plans to ensure clients' well-being during critical situations.

• Maintain meticulous and timely clinical documentation according to ethical guidelines and legal requirements to ensure proper care tracking.

Qualifications\n
