HR Generalist

Our client is a global alternative investment firm looking to hire an HR Generalist. This role will support the full employee lifecycle while helping to strengthen HR operations, systems, and employee experience across a growing international organization. This is a highly visible role offering the opportunity to contribute to the continued evolution of the HR function and help drive employee engagement, operational excellence, and organizational effectiveness.This role will be responsible for supporting the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, performance management, while serving as a trusted HR resource for employees and managers across multiple global locations. You will report to and partner closely with the Head of HR to deliver day-to-day HR operations and strategic people initiatives, maintain and optimize HR systems and employee data, assist with learning and development initiatives and employee growth opportunities, and develop employee engagement and culture-building programs that enhance the overall employee experience. There will be opportunity to lead HR projects and process improvement initiatives, taking ownership from planning through execution. The firm is seeking a professional with progressive, well-rounded HR experience who has thrived in relevant financial services environments. They are drawn to proactive, self-directed professionals who seek information and drive solutions. Strong communications, relationship building skills and the confidence to navigate people decisions and challenges with professionalism, discretion and sound judgement will be critical to success. UKG experience is strongly preferred.
