Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities Customer Engagement & Loyalty Program Encourage customers to download and register on the mall's loyalty application. Educate customers about loyalty program benefits, offers, and rewards. Assist customers with app registration, login issues, and loyalty-related queries. Promote customer participation in mall campaigns and promotional activities. CRM & Data Management Collect, verify, and maintain customer information in CRM systems. Ensure accurate data entry and database management. Generate and maintain customer engagement reports. Track customer registrations, app downloads, and loyalty program performance. Retailer Coordination Coordinate with retailers and store representatives for CRM and loyalty activities. Conduct regular store visits to gather information and ensure smooth implementation of customer engagement programs. Support retailers in promoting loyalty initiatives within their stores. Reporting & Analysis Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports using MS Excel. Monitor customer engagement metrics and loyalty program performance. Provide insights and recommendations for improving customer acquisition and retention. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Number of loyalty app downloads and registrations. Customer engagement and retention rates. Accuracy and completeness of customer data. Timely submission of CRM and activity reports. Retailer participation and support for loyalty initiatives. Customer satisfaction and query resolution effectiveness. Required Skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Customer service orientation with a positive attitude. Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Excel. Good data management and reporting skills. Ability to interact confidently with customers and retailers. Problem-solving and relationship-building abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. Educational Qualification Graduate in any discipline. Certifications in CRM, Customer Service, Marketing, or related fields will be an added advantage. Preferred Experience 2+ years of experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Customer Service, Loyalty Programs, Retail Operations, or Mall Management.
