Join Pride Health as a Phlebotomist II at Rockville , MD! This is a 13 weeks contract role (with high possibility of extension or conversion) offering a great opportunity for experience to excel in a dynamic environment.

Role: Phlebotomist II

Location: Rockville, MD 20850
Travel: Yes - Rockville and Gaithersburg locations

Shift Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-5:00 PM

Start Date: ASAP

Pay Highlights: $21-25/hour (Based on years of experience & education)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform venipuncture and blood draws accurately and safely.
• Collect, label, and handle patient specimens according to established procedures.
• Provide professional and compassionate customer service to patients.
• Verify patient information and ensure specimens are properly identified.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Follow all laboratory, safety, and compliance procedures.
• Assist with day-to-day operations at Patient Service Centers and client office locations.
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Travel between Rockville and Gaithersburg locations as needed.
• Manage a high volume of patient interactions while maintaining accuracy and quality.
• Complete required training and follow site-specific procedures.

Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma or GED required.

Experience:

• Minimum 2-3 years of phlebotomy experience - REQUIRED
• Experience with:
• Pediatric collections
• Geriatric collections
• Capillary collections

Note: Local candidates within 25-30 miles are eligible.

*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credit.
