Faith, Integrity, Innovation, Teamwork, and Stewardship guide how we serve our customers, support our team, and do our work.What You'll Do as a Solar InstallerInstall roof- and ground-mounted solar PV systems on commercial, agricultural, and residential properties.Prepare job sites by assisting with system layout, racking, panel installation, trenching for conduit, and other mechanical work.Perform electrical installation work based on your experience and training, including applying applicable NEC code requirements.Read project drawings, plans, specifications, and installation instructions to complete each project correctly.Operate hand tools, power tools, ladders, lifts, and other installation equipment safely on the job site.Handle solar panels, materials, tools, and equipment, including loading, unloading, moving, and organizing supplies.Follow company safety procedures and properly use all required PPE, fall-protection equipment, and safety harnesses.
