Sales Professional with General Manager Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated sales professional who thrives in a leadership role and is passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience. This position combines consultative sales with the day-to-day responsibilities of a General Manager.

The ideal candidate is a results-driven leader who can drive membership sales, build relationships with prospective and existing members, coach and develop staff, and ensure the facility operates at the highest standards. This individual leads by example, creates a positive team culture, and is accountable for achieving sales, operational, and member retention goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive membership sales through tours and follow-up.
• Lead daily facility operations and ensure operational excellence.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members.
• Manage staff scheduling, accountability, and performance.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve member concerns.
• Monitor KPIs, sales metrics, retention, and operational performance.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and brand standards.
• Foster a positive, high-performance culture focused on teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with corporate leadership to execute initiatives and achieve business objectives.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional training environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales with a track record of exceeding goals.
• Leadership or management experience, preferably in fitness, retail, hospitality, or a service-based business.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to motivate a team while maintaining accountability.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Proficient with CRM systems and basic business software.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as business needs require.

Compensation: $75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
