Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual assessments and develop personalized therapy strategies tailored to each client's unique needs, ensuring evidence-based practices are utilized.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions for individuals, families, and groups, utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused approaches.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with state regulations and ethical standards, safeguarding patient confidentiality.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care plans for clients.

• Stay updated on the latest advancements in mental health treatment through professional development workshops, conferences, and continued education.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers an attractive salary range of $70,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
