Paralegal

$35 - $43 per hour

Pay Rate: $35-$43/hr. Employment Type : Direct Hire Job Description: LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a well-established law firm seeking a Paralegal to support attorneys across a diverse practice that includes civil litigation, business law, contracts, real estate matters, and corporate transactions. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented legal professional who enjoys managing a variety of matters and working directly with attorneys and clients in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities: Provide litigation and transactional support to attorneys across multiple practice areas Draft, review, and format legal documents, including pleadings, correspondence, contracts, and discovery materials Prepare and file court documents in state and federal courts Manage case files, calendars, deadlines, and matter-related documentation Coordinate with clients, courts, opposing counsel, experts, vendors, and third parties Assist with discovery, document management, and production Support attorneys with hearings, depositions, mediations, trials, closings, and other legal proceedings Maintain accurate records and ensure matters progress efficiently from inception through resolution Qualifications: 3+ years of experience as a Paralegal, Legal Assistant, or Legal Secretary Experience supporting litigation matters required; exposure to business law, real estate, or corporate matters is a plus Strong knowledge of court filings, case management, and legal document preparation Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced legal environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software Paralegal certificate or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and 401K plan.
