Compensation & Benefits: Starting at $20+ per hour , depending on experience All new hires starting in June will qualify for a $250 sign on bonus, paid out after the associate has been employed and in good standing with the company for 90 days (based on hours worked) Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with up to 4% company match Paid vacation and PTO Employee hotel discounts Supportive, team-oriented workplace Position Overview As a Front Desk Agent, you are the face of Red Stone Inn. You will create a welcoming first impression and ensure every guest enjoys a smooth and memorable stay. Key Responsibilities: Welcome guests and manage check-in and check-out procedures Answer incoming calls and assist with reservations Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams Process payments and balance cash transactions accurately Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area Complete shift reports and daily task checklists This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and building positive guest relationships.
