Director, Customer Partner for Portfolio Accounts – Midwest Region As the Director, Customer Partner for Portfolio Accounts – Midwest Region you will have end‑to‑end responsibility for relationship management, account growth and profitability. You’ll build and maintain deep customer relationships, drive proactive account growth with a focus on selling new offerings, minimize erosion in renewals and manage a set of Global Portfolio accounts across industries. Responsibilities Build and maintain deep customer relationships and credibly uphold the best of Kyndryl with CxO customers. Drive profitable growth using a consultative approach; lead generation through closure, new scope and value, while minimizing erosion in renewals. Deliver on budget, owning revenue, profit/loss and growth objectives. Ensure account profitability, leading operating‑margin improvement and increasing utilization and billability of resources. Generate opportunities, drive through closure, and expand existing work into larger scope and new capabilities; build a GTM pipeline with partners to jointly pursue and win deals. Demonstrate distinctive expertise by building deep industry knowledge and applying it to help customers realize value. Own account P&L, drive customer satisfaction and ensure compliance by acting with integrity. Invest in the development of people on the account and across Kyndryl to develop the next generation of talent. Act as a steward of the Kyndryl culture. Qualifications 10+ years of experience managing sales process end‑to‑end. 5+ years of experience running account P&L with $10M+. Deep knowledge of business and technology trends and industry best practices. Proven experience with revenue growth, cost, profitability, trends and risks. Open‑minded and empathetic approach in relationships with customers. May be required to travel up to 50%. Midwest based with preferred locations Chicago or Detroit. Preferred Qualifications Experience in retail and/or manufacturing industries. Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree. Sales experience in technical solutions. Personal Qualities Growth mindset and drive for personal and professional development. Customer‑focused, prioritizing customer success. Open and borderless, inclusive in collaboration.
