Senior Clinical Research Associate - Psychiatry (East Coast)

Senior Clinical Research Associate supporting psychiatric clinical trials across the East Coast. Manages investigative sites through the full study lifecycle, ensuring protocol adherence, regulatory compliance, and data quality while traveling regionally 8-10 days monthly.
Responsibilities
- Manage clinical research activities at investigative sites and assess potential research sites for study participation
- Conduct pre-site selection visits, study initiation visits, interim monitoring visits, and closeout visits
- Train site personnel on protocol requirements, data collection processes, and safety reporting expectations
- Ensure compliance with informed consent, safety reporting, and applicable regulatory standards
- Support site closeout activities and partner with sponsors on data quality and participant safety
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or nursing degree with 5+ years as regional, traveling Clinical Research Associate
- Required experience monitoring psychiatric clinical trials
- Strong knowledge of clinical trial processes, site management, and regulatory requirements
- Full-service monitoring experience preferred
- Ability to travel 8-10 days monthly within East Coast region
Compensation: $97,000-$193,000 annually
