We are seeking a highly creative and strategically minded Senior Art Director to lead visual concept development and creative storytelling across integrated marketing campaigns. This role plays a critical part in business pitches, campaign ideation, and the execution of breakthrough creative work across traditional and digital channels. The ideal candidate combines strong conceptual thinking with exceptional design craft, thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, and can inspire teams to develop compelling creative solutions that solve business challenges and elevate brand experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of innovative creative concepts for integrated campaigns across digital, social, experiential, print, video, OOH, and emerging channels.
• Partner closely with Copywriters and Creative Directors to create compelling and impactful ideas
• Translate business objectives into breakthrough creative solutions.
• Champion visual excellence and maintain a high standard of craft throughout all stages of development.
• Play a leading role in agency business efforts and competitive pitches.
• Develop strategic visual territories, campaign platforms, and presentation-ready creative concepts.
• Create persuasive pitch materials, mood boards, storyboards, and presentation assets.
• Present creative ideas confidently to internal stakeholders and prospective clients.
• Ensure ideas are adaptable and effective across multiple touchpoints.
• Mentor and inspire junior creatives, designers, and art directors.
• Foster a collaborative, innovative, and inclusive creative culture.
• Provide constructive feedback and creative direction to elevate the quality of work.
• Partner effectively with Account, Strategy, Production, Media, and Client teams.
• Oversee design execution and visual storytelling from concept through production.
• Review creative deliverables to ensure brand consistency, quality, and strategic alignment.
• Stay current on cultural trends, design innovations, technology, and emerging platforms to inspire new approaches.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Visual Communications, or related field preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in creative advertising, agency, or integrated marketing environments.
• Proven experience developing award-worthy and business-driving creative campaigns.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and integrated campaign experience.
• Experience contributing to successful new business pitches and presentations.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and presentation software.
• Experience with social-first creative, content ecosystems, and digital experience design.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
• Expertise in campaign platform development and creative storytelling.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Experience leveraging AI-enabled creative tools and modern content creation workflows.

Compensation Range: USD $81,225.00 - USD $111,100.00/Annually.
