Human Resources Payroll Manager

Overview I am leading a search to bring on an HR/Payroll leader for one of my clients focused on developing, financing, constructing, and operating renewable energy facilities including solar, storage, and ev charging for the benefit of community partners. As they are a small- midsized company and have continued to grow and expand, they are looking to bring on a talented and personable individual to lead their HR function. Responsibilities HR generalist, you will be employee’s Point of Contact, assist with Recruiting, JDs, Benefits, and most importantly Payroll You will be processing weekly payroll for Union and Office Staff Managing/Creating HR processes Key competencies: Attention to detail, critical thinking, organization, relationship managment Qualifications 5+ years' experience in Human Resource Bachelor's degree from four -year college or university Ideally experience in ADP Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills Attention to detail and good judgement Location Onsite 5 days/week in Warwick, RI.
