ProMach is looking for an experienced Contract Recruiter to support hiring across our manufacturing and field service organizations. This role focuses on attracting and hiring skilled trades and technical talent, including CNC Machinists, Assemblers, Die Cutters, Press Operators, Electricians, and Field Service Technicians.Success in this role requires creativity, persistence, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to build trusted partnerships with hiring managers. You'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, develop talent pipelines in competitive labor markets, and help deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through offer acceptance.If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and know how to find hard-to-reach manufacturing talent, we'd love to hear from you.\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\What You'll DoManage the full recruitment lifecycle for manufacturing, skilled trades, and field service positionsPartner with hiring managers and HR leaders to understand hiring needs, workforce plans, and position requirementsDevelop and execute sourcing strategies for CNC Machinists, Assemblers, Die Cutters, Press Operators, Electricians, Field Service Technicians, and other technical rolesBuild and maintain candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, job boards, social media, employee referrals, trade schools, community partnerships, and networkingConduct recruiter screens and assess candidates against job requirements and business needsCoordinate and facilitate interviews while delivering a positive candidate and hiring manager experienceManage multiple requisitions across various locations and business unitsDrive proactive candidate engagement and maintain consistent communication throughout the hiring processProvide talent market insights and recruiting recommendations to hiring managers and business leadersSupport high-priority and difficult-to-fill searches through targeted sourcing and outreach strategiesMaintain accurate candidate records, recruiting activity, and workflow management within WorkdayEnsure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and recruiting best practicesTrack recruiting activity and support reporting related to pipeline health, time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and hiring outcomesRepresent the company professionally and promote our employer brand throughout the candidate journeyWhat You'll Bring5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experienceProven success recruiting for manufacturing, skilled trades, industrial, technical, and/or field service positionsExperience hiring CNC Machinists, Assemblers, Die Cutters, Press Operators, Electricians, Field Service Technicians, and/or similar skilled trade talentExperience using Workday RecruitingStrong sourcing skills and the ability to identify and engage passive candidatesExperience managing multiple open requisitions in a fast-paced environmentStrong partnership and relationship-building skills with hiring managers and business leadersExcellent interviewing, candidate assessment, and communication skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teamsPreferred QualificationsExperience recruiting for multi-site manufacturing environmentsExperience supporting geographically dispersed field service organizationsFamiliarity with manufacturing labor markets and skilled trades talent pipelinesExperience supporting high-volume hiring initiativesAgency recruiting experience, corporate recruiting experience, or a combination of bothWhy This Opportunity?Immediate impact on critical manufacturing and field service hiring needsOpportunity to partner directly with business leaders and human resourcesChallenging and rewarding recruiting work focused on specialized talentInitial six-month engagement with the potential for extension based on business needs and performanceOpportunity to help build teams that support production, service, and customer success across the organizationReady to make an impact?
