The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic oversight of all construction operations, ensuring alignment with company goals, and leading the execution of projects to the highest quality standards. This executive role involves driving project excellence, strengthening client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth and profitability of the organization. Key responsibilities include executive leadership and strategy, construction oversight, client development, and financial and operational management. Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' experience in commercial construction, with a focus on design/build, and a proven track record in leadership, client relationship management, and financial oversight. The role requires a leader who can build, mentor, and lead high-performing project teams, as well as partner with executive leadership on business planning and operational improvements. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction operations, preconstruction, and financial management, and experience with a variety of commercial project types. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential, and a Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
