Description - Your Responsibilities

• Assess test results for precision, resolve discrepancies, and carry out maintenance and calibration of laboratory instruments.
• Support specimen collection processes and prepare samples for analysis as required.
• Thoroughly document all procedures, mentor new team members or students, and assist in maintaining rigorous lab quality standards.
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment while complying with regulatory and accreditation requirements.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent allied health qualification along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within the first year of employment.
• Maintain current certification throughout the duration of employment.
