Description - What You'll Do

• Conduct routine and specialized clinical lab tests across various sectors, including chemistry, hematology, immunology, and additional areas, all while adhering to established protocols.
• Evaluate results for precision, troubleshoot discrepancies, and ensure that laboratory instruments receive proper maintenance and calibration.
• Assist with specimen collection and efficiently prepare samples for testing when required.
• Carefully document all procedures, help orient new staff or students, and support the maintenance of lab quality standards.
• Keep a tidy and secure work environment, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and accreditation protocols.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or another equivalent allied health field plus preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be secured within your first year of employment.
• Maintain active certification throughout your tenure with us.
