Your Role - What You Will Do

• Conduct both routine and specialized clinical laboratory analyses-including chemistry, hematology, and immunology-all under well-established protocols.
• Ensure the integrity of results by meticulously analyzing data, addressing discrepancies, and performing essential maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
• Be involved in the specimen collection process and prepare samples for testing whenever necessary.
• Thoroughly document all laboratory procedures, assist in training newcomers, and maintain high standards of lab quality assurance.
• Uphold a sanitized and secure working environment while adhering to all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent degree in allied health alongside preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications Required

• ASCP or AMT Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) will need to be obtained within one year of joining.
• Maintain ongoing certification throughout your tenure in this position.
