Project & Portfolio Oversight Leader

Project Oversight Lead role focused on managing clinical trial programs and projects within a pharmaceutical services environment. The position involves cross-functional coordination, stakeholder communication, compliance oversight, and strategic operational leadership to ensure timely delivery of assigned initiatives.

Responsibilities

Oversee project and program delivery in compliance with SOPs, ICH-GCP guidelines, and regulatory requirements
Provide regular status updates to leadership on project progress, challenges, and recommended mitigation strategies
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables, timelines, and milestones are met
Lead matrixed teams by tracking progress, managing timelines, and facilitating escalations
Proactively identify risks and develop contingency plans for assigned programs and projects

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and relevant professional experience
Minimum 2 years operational experience supporting clinical trials in pharma, biotech, or CRO
Cross-functional team contribution and collaboration experience
Strong project management and organizational abilities
Experience mentoring or training colleagues
Knowledge of clinical development, global operations, or safety reporting processes
Ability to identify and resolve operational issues through risk mitigation

Compensation: $102,500.00 - $285,500.00 base pay
