$20,000 Sign-On 2-Year Contract
Shift: 7pm - 7:30am | Avg. Weekly Hours: 36
Nurse Overview: Provide direct and indirect patient care across all age groups (neonate to geriatric) using the nursing process.
Nurse Responsibilities:
- Assess patient conditions, including functional/cognitive deficits.
- Develop and update nursing plans of care with expected outcomes.
- Deliver safe and prioritized nursing interventions.
- Evaluate patient progress and coordinate care with team members.
- Delegate tasks and assist in staff training.
- Provide health education to patients and families.
- Maintain patient records and meet CMS quality indicators.
Nurse Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program, BSN preferred.
- Current Ohio RN license.
- AHA Healthcare Provider CPR (BLS) certification.
- EKG competency, ACLS, and PALS (within 6 months for Float Pool).
