Position Details

• 30–35 hours per week
• Private dental practice

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of dental office experience
• Experience as a Treatment Coordinator preferred
• Strong knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
• Knowledge of dental insurance, benefits, and patient responsibilities
• Experience presenting treatment plans and discussing financial options
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional, dependable, and patient-focused
• Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player

Key Skills

• Ability to confidently present treatment plans and financial options to patients
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Understanding of dental insurance benefits and coordination
• Ability to explain treatment recommendations and financial responsibilities clearly
• Strong follow-up skills for patients with pending or unscheduled treatment
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced dental office
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to support the entire dental team
• Experience with patient scheduling, treatment coordination, and case acceptance is a plus
