Business Development Representative (BDR) Location: Nashville, TN About Novatech Novatech is a growth-driven technology solutions provider helping organizations work smarter, operate more securely, and scale with confidence. Role Overview The Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for generating and qualifying new business opportunities for Novatech’s sales organization. This role is ideal for professionals motivated to build pipeline, learn consultative selling, and contribute to the growth of a high-performing sales team. You will initiate conversations, uncover business needs, and set high-quality meetings for Account Executives. The role provides coaching, visibility, and a clear path for career advancement.
