About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Sales & Marketing to lead the sales and marketing operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies that drive revenue, profitability, and community performance. This role requires a strategic leader with a strong background in new home sales, a deep understanding of the residential homebuilding industry, and a proven ability to inspire teams and drive results. The Vice President will also be tasked with establishing and monitoring sales goals, analyzing market trends, and partnering with division leadership to achieve business objectives. Applicants for the Vice President of Sales & Marketing position at the company should have a minimum of 7 years' new home sales experience in the residential homebuilding industry, with 3-5 years' in progressive sales leadership. The role demands a candidate with excellent communication, relationship-building, problem-solving, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with executive leadership and cross-functional business partners. A Bachelor's degree in a related field and an active North Carolina Real Estate Broker's License are preferred. The ideal candidate will have experience in new community launches, product positioning, and strategic pricing, and formal training in sales leadership, coaching, and marketing techniques. The role also involves fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and exceptional results within the sales and marketing organization.
