Gozio Health helps leading health systems deliver mobile experiences that patients actually use. Our platform powers blue-dot wayfinding at health systems and the Gozio Mobile Experience Platform, a branded patient-facing app that unifies access to care.

The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) is responsible for generating qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting into health systems across the U.S. You will research target accounts, identify the right stakeholders, run multi-channel outreach, and set introductory meetings that convert into sales opportunities.

The ISR will also support early opportunities, working directly with the associated sales director. This includes calls, RFP support, etc.

This is a high-activity, research-driven role. You will work closely with Sales and Marketing on campaign strategy, conference outreach, and target account planning. You'll have access to the best-in-class tools needed for success.

What You'll Do

• Research and pre-qualify prospective health system accounts using CRM data, healthcare market databases, and public sources
• Identify decision-makers and key influencers across IT, digital, marketing, patient experience, and operations
• Conduct multi-channel outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn, video) to generate interest and secure introductory meetings
• Gain commitments from prospects to see a Gozio demo, or another outcome that advances the sales cycle
• Handle and overcome objections in real time during prospecting conversations
• Build and maintain outreach sequences in HubSpot, tracking performance and iterating on messaging
• Support conference and event campaigns with pre-event outreach, meeting scheduling, and post-event follow-up
• Maintain accurate account, contact, and activity records in HubSpot
• Participate in customer calls and presentations to develop product knowledge and solution positioning
• Articulate the value proposition of Gozio offerings clearly and confidently to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Partner with Marketing on campaign targeting, messaging feedback, and lead follow-up

What We're Looking For

Required

• 1 to 3 years of experience in outbound sales development, inside sales, or a comparable prospecting role
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding activity and meeting-set targets
• Strong written communication, with the ability to write short, specific outreach that earns a reply
• Comfort with phone-based outreach and live objection handling
• Research skills and the discipline to prioritize accounts based on fit and timing
• Organized, self-directed, and consistent in a metrics-driven environment

Preferred

• Experience selling into healthcare, health systems, or hospital IT
• Familiarity with healthcare buying cycles, committee-based decision-making, and long sales cycles
• Exposure to SaaS, digital health, mobile, or patient experience solutions
• Understanding of health tech ecosystems

Tools and Technical Proficiency

CRM and sales engagement

• HubSpot or experience with a comparable platform (Salesforce, Salesloft, Outreach, etc)

Prospecting and data

• LinkedIn Sales Navigator for account mapping and stakeholder identification
• Contact and firmographic databases such as ZoomInfo, Apollo.io, or Clay
• Healthcare-specific market data sources such as Definitive Healthcare, KLAS, or Becker's Healthcare

Communication and meetings

• Zoom or Microsoft Teams for prospect and internal meetings
• Slack for day-to-day team collaboration
• Conversation intelligence tools such as Gong or Zoom AI Companion

Productivity and documentation

• Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and comfort building simple tracking sheets
• Notion, Confluence, or a similar workspace for account notes and enablement content

AI and automation

• Using AI assistants for account research, list building, and reporting
• Working with HubSpot AI features
